Full Marathon Run – Rs.950/- (inclusive of GST)
Half Marathon Run – Rs.900/- (inclusive of GST)
10 KM Run – Rs.850/- (inclusive of GST)
5 KM Run – Rs.800/- (inclusive of GST)
2 KM Run – Rs.750/- (inclusive of GST)
Note: Timing Chip registration is not included

There is no refund policy as the event is organized for a cause.

The registration cannot be transferred to any other person.

Participants can make the payment using their credit / debit card through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration process.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation mail to your registered email. You can take a print out of the mail, which will be needed at the time of T-shirt and bibs collection.
You can also present the confirmation received by mail on your phone along with a photo id while collecting your T-shirt and bibs.

42 KM Run – 18 years and above
21 K Run – 18 years and above
10 K Run – 16 to 25 years
5 K Run – 10 to 15 years

There is no upper age limit to participate.

The main purpose of Aristocrat Marathon 2019 is:
Firstly, the event is a fundraiser to help the HIV affected children’s education and medical needs.
Secondly, to encourage participants to run along with their family and friends to keep good health and take part in this noble cause.

The start and finish point is Olcott Memorial School, Besant Nagar.
The run will take place outside Olcott Memorial School campus in the main road. The Route for the race event will be updated closer to the event.

There may be several reasons for not receiving the confirmation email. Check for the following:
• The email has been blocked by your mail server or treated as spam.
• Error in email id given at the time of registration.
• The email has gone directly to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail in this case.

3:00 am – Assembling time (Registration and bag check opens)
Start Time 42KM – 3:30 am - Rs.950/- + Optional Timing Chip (Rs.250/- additional)
Start Time 21KM – 4:30 am - Rs.900/- + Optional Timing Chip (Rs.250/- additional)
Start Time 10KM – 5:30 am - Rs.850/- + Optional Timing Chip (Rs.250/- additional)
Start Time 5KM – 6:30 am - Rs.800/- + Optional Timing Chip (Rs.250/- additional)
Start Time 2KM – 7:00 am - Rs.750/-
We request all participants to assemble at the venue at least 30-45 minutes earlier to do warm-up before the start of the event.
There will be each 30-minute in between time given so that every participant would be able to run comfortably.

Certainly, hydration points will be arranged for each race categories.

Yes, medical assistance will be available at the venue. Also, an ambulance will be stationed at the venue.
Physio assistance is also available at the start and finish point at the venue.

T-shirt, Bibs and timing chip are provided for this running event.

The T-shirt, Bib distribution and timing chip distribution venue will be informed closer to the date of the event for running participants.
The distribution will be done one day prior to the event date.
Please carry the confirmation mail either in hard copy or on phone to collect your T-shirt, bibs and timing chip.
Note: Runners can register separately to get the timing chip.

Yes, there will a baggage counter to store your bags. But, we recommend to keep all your valuables at home. Organizers will not be responsible for any loss of any items.

Yes, every finisher will get a finisher medal and e-certificate.

Yes, there is special medal category for full and half marathon above 58 years of age.

Parking lot for Car, two-wheeler and cycle parking will be made available at closer to the Venue point.

Yes, there will be arrangements for mobile toilets at the venue.

We have a maximum limits of registration, if it exceeds before the last date, we may not entertain spot registration.
If it does not exceed, spot registrations can be done at the Bibs collection day. Provision of T-shirt depend on the availability of stock.
